If you taste a club wine you don't like, for any reason, we'll rush a free replacement wine to you, no questions asked and we'll pick up the shipping charges, too.
All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipments of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it delivered. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wine will be delivered is also at least 21 years old.

PAYMENT - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Wine Club members will be charged upon shipping. Payment accepted in US funds only.
SHIPPING POLICES - We ship only to reciprocating states. Please call or email with shipping questions regarding your state. We ship only to street addresses in the United States (No PO Box numbers). Returned shipments are subject to an additonal fee.

Our normal business hours are: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific) Monday through Friday.
When alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Offer void where prohibited.
